Jen & James’ wedding celebration at the Historic Hotel Bethlehem, was an incredibly fun and flawless production, complete with excitement, emotion, and energy. Romantic centerpieces from Elysian Fields Specialty Florals — full of roses and hydrangeas — and surrounded by candlelight were highlighted with Mittman Entertainment’s LED Pin Lighting. We also provided DJ entertainment, and our Platinum Intelligent Dance Floor Lighting to add an energy like nothing else. The bride and groom were bathed in a spotlight and were enveloped in a bed of clouds for their first dance.

It has been a pleasure working with Jen and James ever since they retained our services well over a year ago. Jen is a sweet, fun girl; James is a true gentleman and a genuinely good guy. The two of them together make a wonderful, not to mention great-looking couple. James is originally from Australia which made for an interesting dynamic because his family and his Aussie mates are, by nature, inclined to be more conservative and traditional. Jen, on the other hand, in her own words said, “I want this to be my ‘Super Bowl.’ The more energy and ‘bigger’ you can make it without being cheesy, the better!” Steve Mittman as host and DJ — along with his team from Mittman Entertainment — delivered exactly what they were both envisioning and hoping for.
The night was full of action and surprises, including an appearance and serenade from the Lehigh University rowing team where James is the assistant coach. Being from Australia, James’ mates dedicated Men At Work’s “Down Under” to him; they even lifted him up in a chair. Jennifer’s mom’s name is Barbara Ann. From the very start of planning their wedding, we were told the Beach Boys’ song is a must-play. These are just a couple examples of what made this wedding so special; there were so many more subtle details and unique touches that were thoughtfully planned out. Kudos to Jen for all she did and thank you for bestowing the honor of having us be an integral part of this magnificent affair.
Yet another signature Mittman Entertainment wedding where the dance floor was packed all night WITHOUT the use of props; overplayed, typical wedding songs; and outdated, distasteful lighting.
